3. Client Obligations
Clients agree to:

- Pay fees as agreed in service contracts
- Use services only for lawful business purposes
- Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials
4. Intellectual Property
All proprietary software, systems, and materials developed by Forterra Systems remain the intellectual property of Forterra Systems Limited unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Limitation of Liability
Forterra Systems shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, except as required by Kenyan law.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
